Niloofar is Design Principal and founder of NKHDesign LLC. As a prolific and multi-faceted designer, Niloofar’s creativity encompasses an extensive range of hospitality and residential design projects in the USA. Her portfolio includes large hotel resorts, multi-family developments, high-end assisted living facilities, and memory care. She is a visionary artist who has proven repeatedly her ability to create and implement innovative ideas.

She started her professional career by founding her own company in 2010 right after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Engineering.  With a remarkable experience in her engineering career, Niloofar was driven to follow her passion for design by pursuing graduate school training and earning a master’s degree in Environmental Design Engineering. Looking for new challenges and opportunities, she moved to Los Angeles and attended California State University where she graduated with honors earning her second master’s degree in Interior Design. Soon after graduation, she started working in world’s most reputable companies in the hospitality industry. After years of successful career in prominent design firms such as Hirsch Bedner Associates and Wilson Associates, she established NKHDesign/interior design studio focusing on hospitality and luxury residential interior design where she and her team continue to push the boundaries of creative excellence.
